Delivery Information

Country of delivery:
We currently only deliver to the Netherlands & Belgium.

Order confirmation
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This means we've saved your order in our system and started processing it.

Track the order
You will receive your tracking code in your email within 24 hours after your package has left our warehouse.

Delivery

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

If the last order date is before 13:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam), it will be processed the same day:

Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)

Delivery time: 5-8 days (Mon-Sat)

Postage costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home. There's no minimum order quantity.

Late orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to two additional days and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Received your package, but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, the wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the problem, briefly explain what's wrong, and contact us, including your order number.
