Returns and Refunds Policy

Not satisfied with your order or ordered the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.

RETURNS in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@pamora-mode.nl and our team will send you a return form. Read the conditions on the return form carefully before returning the product to our sorting center.

Step 2: Complete the return form in full.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the return form. Send the items, along with the completed return form, to the address indicated on the return form. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: After receiving the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 days.

Exchange 4 easy steps (for questions about the size)

Step 1: Send an email to Email us at info@pamora-mode.nl , stating your order number and the size you require. You will then receive a returns form to return the incorrect item.

Step 2: Complete the exchange form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address listed on the return form. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: Once the package has been shipped to the address listed on the exchange form, we will send you the correct size FREE of charge.

Exchange in 4 easy steps (for damaged products)

Step 1: Send an email to info@pamora-mode.nl with photos or a short video of the defective/damaged product you received and explain the problem with the product.

Step 2: Once we receive the photos/videos of the received product, our team will validate the product.

Step 3: Once the validation is successful, our team will send you a FREE replacement order.

Step 4: Finally, our customer service will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement order so you can track its status.

NOTE: Before returning the products to the return address, you must complete the returns form. The returns form must be included in the package. To obtain the returns form, please contact our customer service by sending an email to info@pamora-mode.nl

If the return is caused by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or not in order for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs.
